Fries:McDonalds. They're the best thing at that place. Must be the heroin in the cooking oil. 

Burger. Dairy queen. They make the best burgers bar none.

Alternatively big roast beef from Arbys.

Drink. Milkshake from steak n shake.

Drink: I agree, a shake from Steak 'n Shake is great.
Munchies: Taco Bell,because of the amount you can get with how cheap it is, great for when you need something when consuming pot.

Large fries and a large Diet Dr. Pepper.

I mainly get high off of pot brownies over smoking it. Rather than spend a lot on stuff like Wendy's or Popeyes I go to Taco Bell and get a lot of stuff to try to curb the munchies.

A few pieces of Popeye's fried chicken (non-spicy).
A Super Star with cheese from Carl's Jr.
Waffle-cut fries from Carl's or Chick-Fil-A with ranch.
Egg rolls from Jack In The Box, also with ranch.
A Peanut Buster Parfait from DQ.
Cherry Vanilla Coke (available at those automated fountains).
That's a damn fine meal to me.

Or maybe just 4 White Castle cheese burgers with onion and mustard. And a Coke.

If I was in NYC- a street hot dog with saurkraut and mustard, or a large slice of cheese pizza from any pizzaria on the street. I wouldn't need a drink- I would have that in my back pocket.
