I'm surprised nobody mentioned Uwe Boll, his movies are phisically painful.

I do not know of Godfrey Ho counts as an actual director.  80% of his movies are just him inserting..and re re inserting snippets of seq2uenes he filmed into films he bought the rights to.  but yeah, none of his movies makes any sense what so ever.
