There hasn't been TV farting in some time (that I'm aware of), so this is hilarious (as always when someone farts). I've watched a few vids discussing #fartgate, they all reminded me of this:

I don't know.  I've been studying this video and have listened to the alleged flatulence multiple times and I'm not 100% convinced it's a real fart. I mean, did his butt have it's own mic?  It's too clear.  I see how he hesitates a bit but it's during the fart and not before which doesn't seem very natural.  I don't know what else it could be, maybe interference or something.  I think they were trying to blame a coffee cup moving across a table but it doesn't sound like that either.

No, it's legit. Look at the poor guy's face leading up to the fart. He's desperately trying to hold it in, and then after it happens he's trying really hard not to bust up as he is speaking since he is answering a serious question. Then after Chris Matthews continues with the discussion, the other guy relaxes a bit. These are the same reactions when you accidentally rip a good one at a funeral or at your own wedding. Yes, I speak from experience.  TeddyR

zelmo, i'm guessing it was your wedding, lol? my hubby was the funeral one, at his fave cousin's..
her daughter fell out laughing as did the preacher, everyone but hubby thought it was highly appropriate! probably good that i wasn't there..giggle..
