i loved this show, watched all 3 seasons in less than a week. i intend to start over and watch each episode more closely as some of these queens are REALLY talented makeup artists and costumers.
the boulet brothers who created the series have exactly the right concept, imho. they don't judge the contestants on their drag itself, they judge them on how they use their art in the challenge presented, and on their performances. as they say" art is subjective".
i also really enjoyed the life stories told about why the contestants became drag queens or kings, and why they chose this alternate style of drag instead of going mainstream. some were very sad, and very poignant, but i can honestly say that all the contestants AND the boulet brothers too, are some of the bravest, strongest, most talented people i've ever had the pleasure to watch and listen to, and learn from too.

Why did I think of this?

Lugosi-"No. Dracula-never ends."
