I just bought a concert ticket to a metal concert in October. Freaking excited to go.

Who are you going to see? Decided to take a chance and pick up tickets for Alestorm, Gloryhammer and Aether Realm when they go on tour in December in the hope that covid doesn't cause them to get cancelled.
Gojira, Knocked Loose, and Alien Weaponry.

If Dirty Harry encountered some friendly neighborhood vigilante who runs out onto his front lawn wit a Magnum Research BFR .45-70, Harry tells him to go back inside & mr vigilante does, I wonder if he'd spend the rest of the movie wondering around with pistol envy......

Bet it would've made an interesting episode of Sledge Hammer! (1986-1988)..........

Perhaps, somewhere on this vast plane of imagination, within someone’s personal library of books & movies, Winston Smith & Travis Bickle may have an encounter…
Maybe they’d exchange diaries, read each other’s novels, and watch each other’s movies….

But what if they tried to sneak into each other’s stories?
I can imagine each having something the other desires, yet having a lot in common…
I could certainly picture Travis disguising himself a as the Thought Police so he could sneaking into the Ministry of Love so he could watch Winston & Julia upstairs from the curio shop…
And then, maybe through some editing mistake, or perhaps Travis makes a wrong turn getting leaving Winston’s story, the big .44 magnum Travis drops in his own story ends up in the stairwell of Winston’s apartment……  Then what?

Trying to imagine a scenario where AMC's stock price actually makes sense:
hackers attacked all streaming services
all pro athletes got some new form of covid

so the only thing we could do to entertain ourselves was... go to movies

The name Claude keeps messing me up with how it rhymes with both Maude and road.
