Given that governments were quite late to the party in getting people to wear masks, wouldn't it make more sense as a conspiracy theory that those in power don't actually want you to wear them as it messes with facial recognition technology? They couldn't sit back and publically do nothing in the face of mounting scientific evidence and casualties, so reluctantly they brought in rules on wearing them, but also secretly started up an anti-mask campaign to encourage the public not to wear them so they can track us better.

Makes about as much sense as most of the conspiracy theories I hear these days.

My rule of thumb

second week of September - Autumn decoration
second week of October - remove Autumn decoration
second week of October - Halloween decoration
last week of November - remove Halloween decoration
first week of December - Christmas decoration
second week of January - remove Christmas decoration

I had this dream the other night the The Joker wasn't too happy about rioters & looters hitting Gotham, particularly this one guy who "claimed" places by urinating in public streets....

So the Joker stole a trolley, filled it with some chemical I couldn't pronounce (even though it was "my" dream, though I'm assuming he meant the same kind of acid that turned him into a pale skinned freak with Sardonicus), and at that point the dream changed over to some thing else...
