And for my entries (since they're similar)
93. Ante Pavelić, leader of the Ustaše, Croatia's fascist party during WW2. Basically Croatia's Nazi party, complete with their own extermination camp; Jasenovac concentration camp. Croatia only had one since they lacked resources, thankfully. Though there are speculations that Jasenovac was too extreme even for some Nazi members, but I take that with a grain of salt.

94. Odilo Globočnik, one of two potential "masterminds" behind the Nazi extermination camps. He was known as "The vilest individual in the vilest organization ever known".  Because he didn't pose for many pictures and burned down three camps when the Allies were coming in he was mainly forgotten, the Monster that history forgot. He wasn't put on trial, he committed suicide before hand.
yeah no.

71 Bernard law is a good one. Boston, where I live, was ground zero for the Catholic Church scandal. He was the guy who sent the perverted priests from parish to parish. It's easy to hate those priests, they are twisted evil people but they are slaves to their desires to a certain extent. Law was in a position to stop them and he did the opposite. He was as bad or worse.
