3 hours???
How many times can Herman be confused when someone gets spooked by his appearance and run in fast motion?

Why does anyone feel the need to make movies so long these days.

An 90 to 105 minutes is about the perfect length for a movie.

Where's Eddie?  Question

Apparently Jacob Tremblay is playing him.  Might remember him as the kid in Room and Dr. Sleep.  Legitimately very good child actor.

The longer trailer didn't exactly wow 'em on social media.

I'm with those who weren't wowed.

I think it looks like it was made to impress older 1960's-70's Monster Kids.
Which I am one, so yeah! It looks fun to me.

I am rooting for this one to be a success. I just really did not like the trailer. I am glad you did though RC. I think Rob Zombie is a better film-maker than he gets credit for.

I looked at the cast on IMDB. I don't see the characters of Eddie or Marilyn.  Bluesad

This doesn't look like a movie I'd go to the theater to see, but it looks great for a middle of the night viewing at home.

There's something odd about the style, that makes it look both cheap and expensive at the same time, which could take a while to get used to.

Sources say the budget is $40 million, which seems completely insane to me.  For comparison, his two Halloween films, House of 1000 Corpses, and the Devil's Rejects combined aren't much more than that.

Speaking as someone who's never seen The Munsters tv series, that trailer looked pretty funny to me  TeddyR

He released a statement refuting this and said that 5 of his movies total, cost around $40 Million combined. It's budget was likely closer to $10 million or so, given the actor salaries, production costs of rebuilding a house, practical effects and make up, etc.
