And if it does not include beans you are a monster.

I don't think Texas chili usually has beans. It's got hunks of meat in it, like stew.

Once again, Texas is wrong. (When I grew up in Texas my mother always put beans in her chili because our family never plays by the rules).

3 pounds coarse ground beef
4 tablespoons seasoned salt
4 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 large can of tomato sauce
1 large can of Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chiles (I prefer "Original," but you can go with "Mild" or "Hot")
2 cans of Trappey's Dark Red Kidney Beans with chili gravy.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Got to have beans!
Lately I been mixing red beans and black beans. So good. I add sliced jalapenos (not too much), and always fresh onion. And stew meat in a crock pot.

I don't know your brand names, but the recipe sounds great.

Hallows- what is your favorite 1930's horror film?

I'm guessing the BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN, but as long as I've known you, this never came up.
In fact- I don't think I ever stated mine!

Yes and yes. Not really a fan, but I don't hate it.
