Bad day at the construction site

Or UAPs, or whatever you want to call them. They've been getting a lot of press lately because the 6 month deadline that President Trump signed off on in December 2020 for the U.S. intelligence community to present to Congress what it knows about UFOs/UAPs is almost upon us, coming up next month actually. As much as we love them in bad movies (and some good ones), our science fiction is about to be given a reality check very soon. What are your thoughts on this fascinating subject?

Personally, as much as I love to believe that they do exist, and the Pentagon has already admitted last year that they do, I'm still a bit skeptical of what we are being presented with here. The biggest proponent of this topic, and he is interviewed in the link that I'm posting below, is an "independent filmmaker" that apparently has leaked footage of these things. 60 Minutes ran a story last week about these Navy pilots that ran into one in 2004 and got some footage of it and went on the record about what they saw. While I certainly don't doubt the pilots' account of what they saw, the filmmaker guy is the one that is concerning, since he is all over the news about it. Filmmakers are, well, filmmakers. How easy is it for this guy to doctor the footage that was given to him and then leaked to the news? Is he only out to make a quick buck here? Are we meant to focus on this news topic while other more concerning things are kept secret from us? It's all good fun and spectacle, but I'm skeptical of what we are being bombarded with on the news lately, or maybe I'm just jaded from all the crap that we've been hearing about in the news since 2020.

I know they exist, because I have seen them- and not just lights at night in the sky. I don't know what they are,  and I have no idea
