Yes, smoking is bad but this is just too much 

The MPAA rated Alice in Wonderland PG for fantasy action/violence involving scary images and situations, and for a smoking caterpillar.

The MPAA rated Alien vs. Predator PG-13 violence, language, horror images, slime and gore.

My favorite is when they use "throughout" like "strong violence and sexual content throughout". It's like they're trying to make it sound cool.
