I have been keeping this quiet for a while but I have been struggling with major depression, mostly regarding my inability to assist Mom in any way except to pay the bills and I just have to stand to one side while she quietly slips away. Not much sleep recently and almost no relaxation.

Then I got this link from Newt from the TV series Sanctuary
