My first celebrity crush was a musician . . . Debbie Boone.  (Please don't laugh!)

Didn't like these gals' music, but thought they were hot.

Debbie Harry is the first singer I can recall having a crush on.

My first "MTV Crush" as a kid was Pat Benatar, and a little later on, I became slightly obsessed with Samantha Fox. Said obsession continues to this very day.  :teddyr:

I don't know how true this is, but someone a few years back mentioned she now owns and manages a bar at some European holiday destination these days.

Seems like every guy I knew had a poster of her, but I never heard of anyone listening to her music. For a long time I had no idea she was a singer.

You know, I don't think I had any celebrity crushes at all, from any field, movies, music, the arts.
What does not kill me makes me stranger.

SHIRLEY MANSON

When she and her band Garbage came to SA a few years ago, she got booed by the attendees for being too publicly political at a sensitive time in our history. She screamed "I'm talking here, STFU!" at the audience  :buggedout:

I'm not surprised, she tends to be outspoken at times, and not everyone agrees with her views.
