I can confirm.  These are at least listed as being in production.  Expect very low budgets.

it's only just occurred to me that Amityville technically includes the word 'evil' if you say it out loud... maybe that's why it's such a horror-movie sounding name

have to feel kinda sorry for people called Karen though... (especially men).

After my experience with Amityville Moon (the one with the werewolf) for last Halloween.....yeah please stop. I follow Shawn C. Phillips (director of Amityville Karen, Amityville Bigfoot and Amityville Shark House) for his Blu-ray/DVD videos but I really wish he wouldn't contribute to this low budget horror.

That's always the way I saw it, even when I read the Jay Anson book. The house was the site of a gruesome family murder so it didn't seem strange at the time for bad things to happen in a bad house.
