In honor of 4/20...

I said "pot-smoking scenes" so that it's clear there should be a scene of someone smoking marijuana, but you don't have to name (or link) the scene, just the movie.

I'll start with a classic:

1. Reefer Madness (1936)

I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

2. UP IN SMOKE (1978)

My kinda topic!

Supernatural?...perhaps. Baloney?...Perhaps not!" Bela Lugosi-the BLACK CAT (1934)

Lugosi-"No. Dracula-never ends."

That hilarious comedy was banned here.

4
The Cell (2000)
Couldn't find any screen grabs, but there's a scene at the beginning where Jennifer Lopez' character lights up a joint...

6
To Catch a Killer (1992-1992)
Again, couldn't find any screen grabs
John Wayne Gacy (Brian Dennehy) & an associate are smoking pot in a night club, being discrete about it at first, using their other three fingers to hide the joints, when Gacy notices a pair of detectives watching him....
Knowing that's not why they're following him, Gacy starts taking big puffs I waving his joint in the air....

7. Blazing Saddles: Bart and Jim share a blunt at one point and Jim's voice changes 🤣

8. DAZED & CONFUSED

too many scenes, but I'm specifically thinking of the one where they're sat in Pickford's bedroom smoking and his mum knocks on the door and they have to quickly hide everything.

edit, hah just remembered my avatar is Slater, that movie's biggest stoner...
Quotethe movie was cringe, corny, cheesy and "what the biscuits" is with this atrocious acting and childish corny thing of a movie???

9
The Tao of Steve (2000)
Syd shows (Greer Goodman) up to give Dex (Donal Logue) a ride to work....
A hungover Dex rolls out of bed fully clothed, lights up his bong & takes a couple hits, then he's ready to face the day.

Halloween II (1981)
In the hospital cafeteria, Bud is smoking a joint with a pair of those ridiculously oversized gold plated tweezers while trying to explain to Jimmy not to get involved with patients.

11
The Beach Girls (1982)
Lots of nudity & in your face smoking....
A group of smugglers is forced to dump their load, & a pair of slutty teenagers find it and invite everyone on the beach to join them....
Perhaps most notable, a nerdy guy who gets a free bag & spoofs those old ads for Parkay Margarine, who later stuffs his car's air filter with weed & starts smoking the tailpipe, and an ending "inspired" by the burning van from UP IN SMOKE....
