RIP Anne Heche

Anne Heche died from the injuries she sustained in her car crash last week.  Apparently she's being kept on life support until doctors figure out if any of her organs can be donated or not. 

Anne Heche has died from her injuries at the age of 53, according to a statement made to TMZ.

TMZ reported that a representative for the actress said Friday that Anne Heche is now brain dead, which constitutes a person's death under California law.

"We have lost a bright light, a kind and most joyful soul, a loving mother, and a loyal friend," the representative said. "Anne will be deeply missed but she lives on through her beautiful sons, her iconic body of work, and her passionate advocacy. Her bravery for always standing in her truth, spreading her message of love and acceptance, will continue to have a lasting impact."

Heche suffered critical injuries after crashing into a house in Los Angeles on Aug. 5, causing a fire. A Thursday statement from Heche's representative said the comatose actress was being kept on life support for possible organ donation.

I saw this on the news and that they were expecting life support to be turned off. Sad news.

She was a beautiful and graceful woman and a fine actress.  Sad to hear this.
