Zombie, yellow ooze, different curtain scene

My friend looks for horror movie. A woman is attacked by a man. They run out into the hallway, she fights him, grabs his head. The head starts to crack and a yellow ooze pours out of it (maybe it was some kind of zombie) ?

Other scene from horror movie, perhaps a TV series (or the same movie). A woman enters a bedroom, there is someone hiding behind a curtain at the window, I think somebody then comes out and strangles her.

Probably 80's movie.

Not 100% but sounds a bit like Mutant (1984) with Wings Hauser.
