Ron Merchant

Ron Merchant has been very ill, was hospitalized, and came home early this month.  I tried calling, but the phone goes to message.  He has not posted for several days.  I believe his son is living with him.  I am concerned for his welfare.

This isn't good.  Ronnie is, in many ways, the heart and soul of this forum.
He's grumpy, off the wall, irrational at times, but he's also intelligent, has an encyclopedic knowledge of old movies, and is loved by everyone here, for his quirks as much as in spite of them.

Ugh that's some scary stuff.  I'm really hoping you get a hold of him or someone that can give an update.  Also hoping he's recovering and just not able to get to the phone.  Thank you for keeping us updated.
