It's a known problem for the board. Read this for some details:

For some reason, the board doesn't show embedded videos. You need to click on the link below the blank space to see it. It says "Error 404 (Not Found)!!1".

You can also give the link with "https" intact, so that only the link shows up. The same goes for "m" (for mobile) instead of "www," which means you're accessing Youtube using a phone.
