This will be easy peasy. I'm not going to go full blown 100 all at once, because this is gonna take some thought.

1. Bela Lugosi- No big surprise, I reckon.
2. Louise Brooks- Watch DIARY OF A LOST GIRL (1929) or PANDORA'S BOX (1929). She had more talent in her little toe than most have in their whole bodies.
3. Humphrey Bogart
4. Peter Lorre
5. Pam Grier!
6. Dwight Frye- He was always a madman, a ghoul, a creep- in real life he was a very quite and kind man.
7. Jimmy Cagney
8. the Three Stooges- Four, actually-Moe, Curly, Larry, and Shemp.
9. Barbara Steele- Our last living horror icon.
10. Lon Chaney Jr.

Supernatural?...perhaps. Baloney?...Perhaps not!" Bela Lugosi-the BLACK CAT (1934)
Interviewer-"Does Dracula ever end for you?
Lugosi-"No. Dracula-never ends."

maybe it's my habit of over-thinking these kinda things, but there are SO many factors going on in my mind here, for the selection process

some actors are amazing at what they do, but are basically one trick ponies...  some are amazing but prefer to do trash over films their talent deserves...

there are some actors who give one of my favourite performances ever in one particular film, but barely do anything else... (or are pretty average in everything else they do). how to place those guys?

then there are some who are barely decent actors at best, but get roles that are so perfectly suited to them that it's impossible not to love them.

and don't even get me started on actors who are so bad they're good...

If I only see 1 or 2 movies with an actor that are classics for me- I add them.
