Wow. This feels like Time has skipped a beat or two

Haven't been here in ages. Amazingly, most of the folks I remember are still here. Truly, a land that Time forgot.

That could be good. Or not. Haven't read too deep.

Nice to see my Bad Andy avatar is still functional.

Did Andrew ever re-appear?
I feel more like I do now than I did a while ago.

ER

No, no Andrew. My theory is the CIA took this site over from him.
What does not kill me makes me stranger.

Soooooo, you are a CIA operative now, ER? Wow, things HAVE changed!  :teddyr:

How are you these days, ER?
I feel more like I do now than I did a while ago.

ER

Oh, no, I am totally not working for the CIA, I promise. A stay at home mum anymore, helping my son with his school, driving my daughters to theirs, battling the gorgon that is the IRS, dusting my library twice a week, while trying to grow a great pumpkin in the garden.

In general I'm immensely enjoying the poetry of the slow life.

I hope your stay in this part of the Milky Way progresses nicely as well, and it is good to cross paths with you again here near this hole I've dug in the middle of nowhere, a place where I come whisper secrets I rarely otherwise tell.

What does not kill me makes me stranger.

If you want to confide juicy personal secrets, this is the place to come! So dish!

Seen any bad movies lately, java?
I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

Rev! One time I TOTALLY wore white after Labor Day!

I feel so much better for getting that off my chest.
What does not kill me makes me stranger.

Welcome back, Brother Java.

My undies are still in a bad state and my book is getting published soon.
We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.

Hey, Java! Welcome back!

Howdy, RC!

And, Rev, always have my peepers out for bad movies. One of the worst I have have seen recently, other than "Barbarian", would have to be "Curse of Halloween" https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3300340/

And if you haven't seen it but truly hate yourself, you can download it for free here --> https://wipfilms.net/slasher-and-giallo/curse-of-halloween/

Short update: I have had a suicide attempt, two heart attacks (as well as a couple of stents inserted), quit the VA when they stopped letting us help the veterans, and lost all of my YouTube channels when I was permanently banned for a long history of copyright issues. Currently looking for a job and realizing old guys like me ain't so desirable in today's workforce.

But I still have my twisted relationship with bad movies.

Oh, and, ER, I totes believe your cover story.  :bouncegiggle: :bouncegiggle: :bouncegiggle: (But great to know you are still a cool mom.)

Brother Trevor!! Great to see you still here. And what is this about a book? Tell me more, good sir!

Wow, I'm glad you made it through all that trouble. Keep fighting, man.

Welcome to the club. I had a quadriple bypass, plus 2 stents as well.

When they inserted them, they went through my right arm. Had to reinsert the tubing to properly expand one of them a second time. Then my arm swelled up bigger than my thigh for nearly two days.

But, hey, I ended up losing fifty pounds eating nothing but protein and fiber. We'll ignore how that affected my poor toilet....

Paquita

So glad to see you're back!  I'm sorry to hear what you've been going through.

I had twin girls about a month ago and was disemboweled and re-emboweled in surgery and apparently lost a lot of blood and almost died but I think the doctors were more freaked out about it than I was.

That stinks that you lost your Youtube channels!  I was just watching something on your channel a few weeks ago!  We should do a podcast together. We'll talk about Bad movies, Beards, Boobs and Bigfoot and stuff that starts with B.  I won't be able to commit to that, I'll have to go to other letters.  I'm on vacation (aka maternity leave) for the next few months and I am desperate to try something to get away from my corporate prison.   I am open to going into business with anyone for almost anything at anytime - I am all ears.

It's great to have you back and hope you stick around!
