JACKER 2: DESCENT TO HELL (1996): Mike the carjacker survived his fall from the first JACKER and now is an invulnerable supernatural entity occasionally haunted by his dead girlfriend. More ambitious, with some cheap video experimental film effects for dream sequences, and even more nonsensical than the first one---a big step up for the zero-budget filmmakers. 2/5.
