I saw a videotape in the 80s or 90s where a little boy was feeding a dinosaur in a bucket and hiding his dinosaur from everybody. And there were other kids who had bad dinosaurs in their buckets in the same way. And there were evil characters looking for this dinosaur. The dinosaur then got too big to fit in the bucket. At the end of the cartoon, the good and bad races came together to fight in the ocean. It was the best cartoon I've ever seen in my life, but I can't find it. I would be very grateful if you could help me find it.

"O the legend they say, on a Valentine's Day, is a curse that'll live on and on.."

It wasn't a TV series, it was a single VHS tape and it was a little scary. Thanks for your interest.

Maybe "Soreike! Anpanman: Kyôryû nosshî no daibôken" (1993) ? I didn't find nothing other.

Other possibility is "The Railway Dragon" (1989) or "Puff the Magic Dragon (TV Movie 1978)

the cartoon was gripping and a little bit suspenseful. It ended with the two races meeting in the ocean and one side pulling out. as far as I remember, it might have been a Japanese cartoon. if I find it, I will write about it here. It was childish, not funny, there were no fun characters like Dino. It was like Jurassic Park.

I researched IMDB filters and I am sure that Japanese anime contains baby dinosaur in a bucket. "Doraemon: Nobita no kyôryû" (1980). Perhaps it is something similar or exact your cartoon :-)

Yeah, that's the cartoon I was looking for. I searched a lot on IMDB but I couldn't search it correctly like you. Thank you again for your valuable time and support.
