Has anyone seen it yet? Every review I've seen has been universally bad, It isn't one I plan on watching soon myself.

I haven't seen it but I believe it flopped at the box office too with a $50 million budget and it hasn't even made that back internationally as yet :buggedout:

With any luck, it will come to streaming services soon in Australia, and I'll be able to see it for myself. Every review I've seen says this version was completely unnecessary.

Why even make it in the first place? The original holds up just fine.

I never really got into the first film, bit too comicbook / superhero-ish for me, but I respect its 90's-ness... Very of that era.
