I have three sports movies that got almost everything wrong factually:

1. INVICTUS (rugby)
2. RUSH (motor racing)
3. THE DAMNED UNITED (soccer)

INVICTUS gets so much wrong that when I tried to use it as an example in a Critical Thinking class to defeat the logic of "the Mandela Effect", no one was ever convinced!

I assisted in pre-production on INVICTUS 😳😳😳

When I watched it in a cinema here, most of the audience got up and left because of the inaccuracies, especially the aeroplane flyover scene 😳😳
