Collaborative List: The Ultimate So Bad It's Good Top 25

OK, the concept here is an eternally evolving top 25 so-bad-they're good movie list.

Rules:

1. Each individual can post once per day and do up to 2 "moves."
2. For a move, you can either add a name to the end of the list OR move a title up one spot on the top 25 list. If choose to add a title, it replaces the previous #25 (once we are at 25 titles, that is).

For clarity's sake you can use either "+ [movie name]" to add one or "^ [movie name]" to move up a spot, but I will probably figure it out anyway if you don't.

I will update the list regularly.

For example, my first post will be

+ THE ROOM

Giving us a starting list of
