Films you would like to see remakes of?

There are four for me:

VON RYAN'S EXPRESS
THE EAGLE HAS LANDED
THE SHINING
GHOST STORY

All four based on books I loved but their film adaptations were a bit 💩

Not so much a remake, but Id like to see some of the special effects in Jaws updated. Not in the quite the same way as Lucy's did with Star Wars, but just some more subtle touches here and there, like when the shark rolls onto its side to bite a swimmer.
