I always heard he was Jumpman. But I also thought it was the same as the Jumpman from the Atari game and that apparently turns out not to be the case.

yes I think 'Mr. Video' was while it was still in development. there was another prospective name as well, something like 'Ossee'? anyway...

to me this feels like it would fall under 'descriptive name' e.g. 'THE INVISIBLE MAN', but I've never seen the films (not familiar with any of that Marvel based stuff tbh)...

do other characters actually call him "Iron Man" when they're talking to him?

Not really. He's a publicly known figure so most people call him "Stark" which is his real name, Tony Stark. He's referred to as Iron Man on the news sometimes, etc.

On that note these are great films. I'd recommend them.
