Need to know title of bad superhero movie

I'm trying to find the title of a bad superhero movie from awhile ago.  The few things i remember are if he sees red he loses his powers and has a bad theme song and can blow bubble gum bubbles in to big baloons.  any help is appreciated.

Yep, SUPERFUZZ it is.  Terrence Hill should have stuck with making Trinity movies.

                          Tom Simmons,of Video Junkie,is also a very big Terrence Hill and Bud Spencer fan,but you'd have to ask for his opinion of this movie,the next time you spot him at any film convention.

I think the main character's name was Dave Speed if I'm not mistaken and it was made back in 1981.  It was probably 1984 when I last saw that movie!

I think I'm the only one who kinda likes this movie. I remember the trailer for this movie and wanted to see it too bad I didn't I was too young for this movie but I got my chance to see it on HBO.  I think it was better than some these other so called superheroes movies like The Punisher.
