I've only seen it on MST3K, and I have to say that it's a great movie. I really liked all his powers especially his power to go asleep.

Oddly enough, myself and Brother Fistula once had a conversation comparing super powers and ended up at the conclusion that Puma Man is actually a better superhero than Spider Man.  He just has worse scriptwriters.
