The Hair Witch Project

I know there were a few movies and shows called "The Hair Witch Project", but there is one that rises to the top of the bad movie heap.  My friend rented it one time, and it was one of the most painful (and yet hilarious) experiences in my life.  We could only watch it for 20 minutes until people threatened to kill us unless we turned it off.  The group was looking for a mysterious hairdresser, and it included a cross dresser, and a guy I believe was named Tommy.  Tommy was a mute, and communicated via a clipboard he wore around his neck.  This mute guy was hilairous, especially when he got drunk and his the clipboard said "I @!#$ Myself".  Has anyone ever seen this movie?  And where can I get a copy?

i know this is way old but i have also been looking for this movie. i saw it as a kid with my sisters and we thought it was one of the funniest things. i have been looking for it for ten years because it is now a family joke and i would love to find it. if you have it please let me know if i could get a copy i would be forever grateful

I looked it up, it is apparently an episode of the TV series, "The Worst Witch".
