Ash

I can't believe he finally decided to toss his hat in the ring for Governer of California.

I say he wins it by a landslide.

What do you think?

Dolph Lundgren

I'm with ya, Ash.  Hell, if I was in California, I know I'd vote for Ahnuld in a second.  I'm sure he'll crush whoever he's going up against.  Maybe Ahnuld will spout off some good one-liners against his opponent.

I think they still have to decide how they're going to do this recall thing, though.  I believe it's still up to the courts.  It sounds like the field is pretty spread out--what very well could happen would be that the Republicans all vote for different people and all the Democrats hang together and vote for Davis.

If it were a regular election I would give Arnold a better chance, but this is an unusual situation.   I doubt I will vote for him if I do get the chance--my economic situation is definitely going to change over the next few months, probably for the worse, so it's not really going to be in my best interest to vote Republican the way it was back in 2000.

Dunners

Me being a californian. Get that piece of s**t Davis out of the office. Greedy f**ker

save the world, kill a politician or two.

I wonder what'll happen if Schwarznegger gets p**sed - will he start shouting at him in German - that'll scare anybody.

Deena

Jeez, I'm glad I don't live in Cali.  Indiana candidates suck too, but we don't have anyone famous to vote on.   Maybe Arnie will do some interesting (good, not interesting bad) things like Jesse Ventura did.  But Ventura was 3rd party, so I doubt it.

Deena

Politics is showbusiness for ugly people

Nathan Shumate

He'll get a massive novelty vote, no doubt about it.

But I'm seeing the Hollywood industry crowd as being divided.  On the one hand, he's one of their own; on the other, he IS a Republican in a largely Democratic industry.

I'm just wishing we had someone interesting to vote for here in Utah.  In ANY election.

The Burgomaster

Arnold will win the election by a landslide.

"Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either. Just pretty much leave me the hell alone."

Vermin Boy

I dunno... Having Larry Flynt running as well will split the wiseass vote.

Oh yeah, I forgot all about Larry running.

I don't see Schwarzeneggar getting a lot of support from the Hollywood crowd.

Russ Thorn

I hear that Gary Coleman and the comedian Gallagher are also going to run.

Dolph Lundgren

Yeah Russ, I've heard about that too.  LOL.  Best election ever, I think.  I'd still vote for Ahnuld though.

I think I'm going to write to Gary Busey and ask him to run for Governor of Ohio.

Gary Coleman has officially tossed his hat into the ring!

Go here to read about it:

Between Schwarzenegger, Larry Flynt & Gary Coleman this is starting to turn into one huge circus!

I can just picture Arnold & Coleman facing off and Arnold says, "I vill crush yoo!"
Coleman yells back, "Whatchoo talkin' 'bout?"

haha!

JackFlack

If Arnold wins, I'd move to California!  Heh, if I had the money:)

Arnold's definitely got quite a resume':

He's the Terminator, machines are infallible/perfect.

He's beaten the Predator

He's taken on entire armies of men BY HIMSELF!

The list goes on and on...

Russ Thorn

In this day and age,I wouldn't be surprised if Gary Busey does that. There'e a lot of old b-movie stars that ain't up to much these days that could run for governor, like mabey Joe Don Baker,John Saxxon,or better yet,David Hess.
