I don't recognize that woman.

I'd be willing to bet that it's a pic of one of the staff's of that website's girlfriend.

Either that or it's some random pic that was found on the net and posted there because they thought she was hot.

It's obviously just a photo-morph of a goth/vamp. HUNDREDS like that on the web.
