I read 2 comments about this movie while browsing IMDB, and I decided I want to give it a try. It seems pretty hard to find though. Anybody seen it/liked it and wants to comment (with as little spoilers as possible) and perhaps someone knows where to order this film because it obviously can't be found in 'regular' ways.

I have old copies of parts I and II on VHS.  I bought them about 10 - 12 years ago from a guy who specialized in getting obscure movies and foreign imports.  I think the copies I got from him were from Japanese laser disks.  I'm pretty sure that Deep Discount DVD sells the DVD for part I on its website.

Anyway, part I and part II are very similar.  They are about human experiments being conducted during WWII.  There are some very "over-the-top" scenes, like:

* someone having their arms frozen and then plunged into hot water to make the skin peel off;

* someone having their arms frozen and then smashed with a stick to make the fingers break off;

* a naked guy being placed in a pressurized room that causes him to lie flat against the floor due to the high pressure; eventually, his intestines come out through his ass.

Need I say more????

Confirmed!  Deep Discount DVD is selling this movie for $11.98.

Thanks very much... but I have a question.
I found it on a site called hkflix too (it's a GREAT site btw, full with... well... hong kong flicks :P) but it was in NTSC format.
Since I live in europe my TV only handles PAL, luckily they mentioned it being NTSC or else I would have bought it. It doesn't say NTSC or PAL at deep discount but I was wondering.

I think my question is clear :)

Deep Discount DVD is a U.S. company.  As far as I know, everything they sell is NTSC standard.  HK Flix sells some great stuff in all different formats.  I bought BATTLE ROYALE and THE DEMONS BABY from them.

If you have a DVD drive for your computer, I believe you can play either format, PAL or NTSC. The region code might be a problem, but I've also seen a program advertised called DVD Region Free, which claims it will override the region code on any DVD drive/Windows and let you play DVDs from any region, even on region-locked drives.
