"Born To Lose"

There was a movie filmed in my hometown of Fremont, NE.  It was a terrible movie that I have seen once on cable.  Even that was a eon ago.  The movie's characters were this crazy chick, a retarded kid (who gets killed by a steam train) and a motorcycle gang roaring around.  Maybe I have the title wrong but does this sound familiar to anyone?
