help finding a movie

I once saw a film when i was younger.. It started with a couple that crashed into a tree or something like that. Then they went to a house where there was this guy who put a lady's hand into a meatgrinder.. :)
There was also a scene with this weird guy with a drill on his hand.. And then a girl put lipstick all over her face.. her head ended up on the dinner table later on the film (i believe). So i wonder if you guys know what film this is?
Some details could be wrong of cource, i haven't seen it in years.
