I need help with a title

Why bother not cutting tothe chase? I need help with a movie and all I remember is:

It's set in space

I don't know how or why I remember THIS but it had a fat man strapped on one of those vibrating belt machines you used to see at gyms and such

One of the most vivid memories had a mouth with sharp teeth emerging out of a mans hand

The  sharp teeth in the hand sounds like Leviathan, but that was set underwater and there wasn't really a fat guy... Oh well. Looks like I will take a page from Super Grover  and let someone else answer him and I'll just take the credit.
