Really odd idea...

I had this idea while watching Hellraiser 2 on SciFi once:
an EXTREMELY GOREY, and VERY MUCH-SO R-RATED, Ghostbusters film.

Any thoughts? It'd be similar to The Frighteners in language, and zombie films in the level of violence. I had a small comic book that was similar to this idea way back when with a friend of mine by the name of Chris, and the comic was called "Grave Fighters" (hey, I was in 3rd, man!). I started writing a re-working of it into a script, called it Necronators instead, and had the team as a mop-up crew for this huge conglomerate's experiments into reanimation for the military.

Thoughts/comments?

I also had an idea for a Troma movie...Oedipus Trex.

It's really tragic that in the last couple of days I've seen more really cool movie ideas posted on this board than I've seen on the big screen in the last couple of years.

A luxury liner carrying a herd of rich corperate types from a Biotech firm are threading thier way through heavy ice. Below, in the hold, a canister of mutants from a failed project get loose. Much carnage insues. The ship crashes into an  iceberg, and becomes a life boat for the survivors of both parties. The hero and his main squeeze are saved from the last, chief mutant by a polar bear who takes umbrige ate being disturbed. As the two people embrace, the camera pulls back to show three lines of three lobed spines sticking out of the ice. They begin to glow with a blue/white light...........

first off finish your script get it copy righted before flaunting your ideas on the net man. that is if it's worth the hassle. i'd sure hate to see you get screwed over.
