I just viewed TETSUO: IRON MAN it wasn't that great of a film. Its not even close to ERASERHEAD as far as atmosphere and such. Fortunately it was a short film about an hour long and I could fast forward through most of it. TETSUO was different, but not great, just noisy. The drill idea would have been served better in a better film and the female was good.

The sequal Tetsuo: Body Hammer is better.

Hmm.  I've actually never seen Eraserhead (though it's pretty high on my To See list), and I guess that may have affected my Tetsuo review.  But I still think the movie deserved the five slimes I gave it.  There really aren't many movies that can take you into that state of mind, and certainly the filmmakers deserve credit for pulling it all off on such a tiny budget.  If anything detracts from it, it's that whole scene with the bum towards the end--the screenplay introduces this new character with less than twenty minutes of screen time left and then just kind of forgets about him.

But it's still one of my favorite movies.

I'm not critizing ya Josh, the films was ok. It was more of a short film with little dialogue.
