Not trying to sound sanctimonious, but I've literally never been drunk or high in my life.
So all my idiot moves were made when stone cold sober!

I've done more than I can count. My police record is full of them. And that's only the tip of the iceberg.
I have had more mugshots than baby pictures. And I am not exagerating.
That counts the vast amounts of times I got in bar fights, did waaay to much acid, drank for a year straight and ended up hospitalized, put a shot gun to my forehead and fired (it jumped), Smoked angel dust in the Bronx at 17, dropped acid in the 11th grade and got expelled from school when I fell back in my chair laughing my ass off when my buddy Lance punched our history teacher in the face. ( he was the one who gave me the purple double barrel microdot.)

Not while drunk or high, RC, just lots of other times. Heck, I once walked out of a house with nothing but the clothes on my back, got in my car, and drove all the way to the end of the land in America.

Have you ever did something real stupid or flat out crazy while drunk or high?

Can't say I have done something really stupid while drunk or high besides passing out on the floor.

The stupid thing I did was actually getting high. I had silly giggle fits, and that was it.
I've been with people who get high most of my life. Never seen them do anything crazy. They talk incoherent and were mostly letharic. They inspired me not to do drugs.
The few times I was drunk I never did anything crazy except for falling asleep in a cornfield once. Not sure if that was crazy tho..

I've did tons of crazy stuff not under the influence.

I punched out a window while drunk. How I did this without breaking my hand or getting it all cut up eludes me to this day.

Me, I think God miracled us indoor kitchens so we don't have to risk eating as many flying insects.

Grilled food is the best. Steak, burgers, even corn. NOTHING beats a grilled hot dog with onions.

My sister is a vegan and she convinced me to cut down on the red meat I eat: not to stop but just to cut down.

I still like a nice steak on a barbecue though.

Not long. Death only has to get lucky once, you know, and I've already out stepped it several times. Whether I live to be 87.5 like the study I was part of predicted or don't last the night, I'm at peace. I've fallen in love,  I've had children, lived someplace beautiful, had some modest successes, been blessed to dwell in a superpower in interesting times. It's not fair to ask much more from life. But I don't think I'll live much longer. Not much longer at all.

I would imagine most people would put a bit more thought into their daily actions. Not convinced it would make things better though.
