JOSHUA RIFKIN: Piano Rags by SCOTT JOPLIN on Nonesuch Records
With the ability to get negative points for wrong answers, making multiple guesses worked to Derf's disadvantage.
Though I'm tempted to give you something for Scott Joplin, I'm not going to.     He picked a very specific album to represent Scott Joplin that I don't think anyone would have ever heard of.  -1
ROBERT STRICKLAND??  :drink:
Here's my next guess:
THE KINKS Are The Village Green Preservation Society
Robert Stickland is not a guess?  I will PM you the name of the Joplin disc if you are curious but don't want to make an official guess.
No, a horrified exclamation is more like it.  Yes, pm me I am curious.

Next guess: THE ROLLING STONES: Exile On Main Street

Burgo: FINALLY!  Yes, "Saturday Night Fever" gets you a +1.
Derf: Can you be more specific? Technically just about every Chicago album was "self-titled."  (Maybe you know that and are trying to cheat? )
AHD: "Exile On Main Street" is correct. +1

Van Halen, Women and Children First

Nope.  I will tell you there's no Van Halen on the list to save you more trouble.

Not trying to cheat. I meant Chicago I for lack of a better title, their second album, the one after they dropped "Transit Authority" from their name. The Chicago from 1970. Is that specific enough?  :teddyr:

While I'm here, I'll add They Might Be Giants, Flood.

Psycho Circus

Songs In The Key Of Life - Stevie Wonder?

Been thinking about this thread all day, I don't wanna lose any points!  :teddyr:

Newt

"May I offer you a Peek Frean?" - Walter Bishop
"Thank you for appreciating my descent into deviant behavior, Mr. Reese." - Harold Finch

Pilgermann

Jim H

Michael Jackson - Bad.  If Thriller is on there, Bad should be too, as it's more liked by the critics.

And..  Erm..  The Eagles - Hotel California.

The Burgomaster
