When Mike Strauber goes to kiss that imaginary girl, he sees a flash of his mother's face. Does this mean that Mike was sexually abused?

Possibly, or it could just be that he's imagining that his mother would disapprove of it (even though it is a hallucination)

I thought it reflected towards something he is doing that he's not supose to do (aka the dare)

Although I do think Truth or Dare is a little clever and smarter then the budget so I wouldnt be surprised if there was something else to that scene.
