I used to live on Long Island years ago (further east out on LI ) and  I remember when the murders actually took place.  It was big news on tv and in all the LI papers at the time.

And then years after that came anther BIG big story about Amy Fisher (the Long Island Lolita) and Joey Buttafuco.    Now that was really a horror story.

Ha!  I was just about to post this very thing but you beat me to it.

It looks like a fantastic house: If I were to buy that here, where property prices are going bananas it'd be worth a few million at LEAST, so in my mind the asking price is a bargain!
