what the efff is a RAR file?

It's kind of like a zip file, except a different format.  There are several programs out there that can "unpack" the file(s) inside.

I just dragged a garbage bag full of wet towels from the second to the first floor (this is after I spent several minutes using said towels to soak up all the water from a overflowed toilet.) 

Oh, man.. feel like I'm going to throw up, pass out, or have a heart attack.  Hell, maybe all three at once.
