A fine breakfast sandwich.  A lot of places drop the ball but certain places and people (me) know how to make a good one.  Its nice being able to slam down a 3 piece meal in a few bites.

However, I learned "Spank Bank" from a friend of mine, and Heavy Hangers was a phrase that pretty much explains the state of naturally endowed women for whom jogging is definitely a risk, such as Samantha 38G.

Been brought up several times now, but in praise of food.

I hope you love food. It's healthy, it's necessary, and it is alternately very good for you and very bad for you.

When I'm really cooking with care, I like to pare down the ingredients and seasoning until I get the perfect mix that will bring out the essential flavor of what I'm trying to cook. I'll never forget the time I was making a meat stew, with a Guinness base. I slowly added in a variety of whatever spices I had in my cabinet until I had the best, literally the best, broth I have ever managed to make. It was so amazing I had to pat myself on the back. Unfortunately, once the potatoes cooked down all the starch leached out and ruined the delicate interplay I had previously accomplished. The stew was still good, but nowhere near the level it could have been. Lesson learned, cook the potatoes first in a separate pot.

At the same time, I am all in favor of eating the most decadent of foods you can imagine. Bacon cheddar cheeseburgers with three patties and a side of ranch for dipping? Fantastic. Of course, if you eat such foods with regularity, you will drastically reduce your lifespan and add more heft to your body than you may be comfortable with. But there's nothing wrong with enjoying a fattening cholesterol-laden meal every once in a while. Quality of life over quantity, and don't be afraid of taking those taste-buds for a whirl.

I'm also in favor of salad, but find it overpriced in restaurants and I'm too lazy to cut up all those vegetables myself.
