Thanks for the info Trevor.  I was posting something and hit "preview", and the site just kind of hung up forever.  So of course I figured that whatever when wrong, I must have been the one who caused it   

No prob: I thought my mobile phone couldn't log on and then I went on FB to see what was going on. 

Just to clarify something so that no one misinterprets what I wrote previously: this site calms me down when I have my now sadly frequent panic attacks especially at night and doesn't send me to sleep. Once I've been on here for a while, I calm down and then I can sleep peacefully for a while at least.

Pretty exhausted. I entered a stop motion film contest where a film must be made within a week. Finally done

Chocolate-Strawberry spread with Black Raspberry jam on an English muffin is quite interesting.

Three in the afternoon and the whole family seems to have decided we're having an additional junk food meal between lunch and supper.  So far we've hit the candy bars, potato chips, cheese curls, and now we're on to oat and honey bars.  Mostly because we've ran out of everything else.   

Ah, we took a walk this morning, so I guess it's okay
