With only a few weeks later of the year and just a few movies left worth seeing, it's time to look forward to the future.  2012!  A lot of big movies are coming out next year that I'm sure a lot of us want to see or are curious about.  So, let's get to it.  What movies are you looking forward to that are coming out next year?

Here's my list:

The Secret World of Arrietty
Dr. Seuss' The Lorax
Mirror Mirror
The Pirates! Band of Misfits

Battleship (I must hear Liam Neeson say "You sunk my battleship!")
Snow White & the Huntsman (No one will be seeing this here.  Someone has to)
Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter
Brave
The Amazing Spider-Man
The Dark Knight Rises
ParaNorman
Rise of the Guardians
Piranha 3DD

BRAVE
Maybe CABIN IN THE WOODS
I imagine I'll probably go to DARK KNIGHT RISES but I'm not looking forward to it nearly as much as I was to TDK.

The magician longs to see
One chance opts between two worlds
Fire walk with me

Piranha 3DD
I'm hoping on Thankskilling 2, but no release has been announced yet

There's not much coming that I know about that looks good to me.

Men in Black 3

I saw that Emma Thompson is in that: that's enough reason for me to see it.  :teddyr:

Likely nothing since I don't live near a theater but even if I did, there's very little mentioned here I'd be excited about seeing. The only that really interests me at all is The Avengers.

I don't know of anything I'm interested in seeing.  Maybe The Expendables 2 but I'll probably wait for the DVD.
Kneel before Dr. Hell, the ruler of this world!

I'm looking forward to less remakes and more original films.

Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter

wait...what?

It's based off a book where Lincoln worked secretly as a vampire hunter.  Here's the info:

Sort of reminds of George Washington Werewolf and "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies", which is also getting an adaption sometime in the future!
