There's one scene in that film which always makes me laugh: Mr Borgnine shoots a guard who seems surprised and shocked at being killed and falls backwards over an oil drum with a very hollow KA THUNK sound.

OK, just for that, I'm going to mention you in the review that I've almost completed.  Something along the lines of how that lovely song Midnight drove you nuts while Mercenary Man drove me insane.
