So Randy Orton has been suspended for a wellness policy violation...guess Smackdown! needs a new top babyface. I hope they do change the WWE title, the spinner belt has had its time although I believe it may actually be the most valuable version of the title...

Orton is contracted through 2019.

It's his second violation.

Have a feeling he won't last 7 more years.

Randy Orton's future with WWE is uncertain following their announcement Wednesday that he was being suspended for 60 days for his second violation of the Talent Wellness Program. SuperLuchas.net reports the SmackDown wrestler met with Chairman Vince McMahon, Executive Vice President of Talent and Live Events Paul Levesque and Executive Vice President of Television Production Kevin Dunn at the organization's headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut on Friday.

A WWE source described the meeting's atmosphere as "hostile;" it was determined that a further decision concerning Orton awaits. The report adds there are "several" officials lobbying for his termination as a cost-cutting measure. They feel his lucrative ten-year contract—signed in January 2010—can no longer be justified if he is brought back in a mid-level role. His second suspension hinders WWE from continuing to feature Orton in headline role since a third drug-testing policy infraction would result in automatic termination.

McMahon is especially infuriated with Orton, who felt he had matured in recent years. The nine-time world champion's suspension reportedly stems from a positive drug test for the anabolic steroid Dianabol, which is banned by the United States Congress under its Controlled Substances Act. He also reportedly tested positive for marijuana, which is subject to a $2,500 fine.

Was reading that Ric Flair is 'potentially' coming to WWE, and they may want him to manage Dolph Ziggler.

Wondering if, and when, someone is gonna defeat Punk for the belt. I think he had it for ten months so far, pretty long by today's standards.

Honestly, I could see Ziggler holding it.

He already had a program with Ziggler back in January. I suspect Big Show may have another title run very soon though.

hard to believe that Punk's reign is now over 200 days, it still feels very fresh to me

as for who I think will beat him for the belt....as it stands now the nly people I can see doing that are Cena, Big Show, HHH or Brock Lesnar

Lesnar would not win the belt. His schedule is so light he would be home with it.

HHH is barely part-time.

Ziggler could have another program. Orton is out, Mysterio is out. Could see Bryan or Kane taking it.

I think Kane will be too distracted by A.J. to win that is unless A.J. has been in cahoots with him all along. I could see Bryan winning though. A.J. is the wonder factor there...just whose side is she really on? For some reason I expect Big Show to beat Sheamus for the World title.

Hopefully Show wins a belt.

A heel turn would be worthless unless there's a belt.

I'm way late to post this but I've been away... sorry.

I was so happy when Undertaker beat HHH for the 2nd time...

Hey. I see Brock is back now! Do you think Undertaker will retire or go 20 -1 with Brock at the next WM?

Any news on Undertaker? I don't watch the reg RAW and Smackdowns anymore.

JaseSF

Hasn't been seen in-ring since Wrestlemania. Suspect that he'll mainly appear at the show from now on...

Brock's appearances look like they're going to be limited as well..suspect something with Triple H for Summerslam perhaps?

Me, I'm a huge fan of Colt Cabana. Here's some Classic Colt Cabana!

Vader appeared on RAW last night. Defeated Heath Slater.

I have read that HBK has been contacted about being on the 1,000th episode of RAW. Undertaker, too.

@JaseSF
Cool. Thanks, man.
Yes, last post I sounded like a kid on sugar lol. Oh well that's just me...

ANyway. Thanks for the Undertaker info. I hope he gets some ring time again... soon.

As for Colt Cabana, it be cool to see him fight a 'classic' AJ Styles huh?

@happy
VADER?! LOL holycrap If I didnt research that I would never believe it... Thanks for that info.  :thumbup:

Vader looked understandably out of shape but the crowd really popped for him. It was fun seeing him out there again and he looked like he truly squashed Slater at the end.

Wonder if we'll see more old faces in the coming weeks...suspect we will. Perhaps some might even return full-time?

The first heel wrestler I truly liked as a kid...he also wore a mask.
