varying weather here. One moment its sunny and warm, windy and chilly, overcast with brief rain showers. Feels like April.

Gorgeous here the last couple of days - temps in the upper 70's / low 80's and sunny.  Tomorrow it's supposed to get get into the low 90's again though, and stay that way the rest of the week.

Here in sunny Arkansas, it's 96 so far today, yesterday we broke a record for 105

Looks like I'm  not going to have to mow much this year, my yard is  burned up and it's not July yet,  it will be hot all the way into October.

And you thought Trek isn't cool.

Too hot to jump-rope outside. No shade. I'll wait till sun set I guess.

Most of N.J. was knocked out last night...  total black out, one of the worst lightning storms I've ever seen.

We were in that same mess in Northern DE.  The storms came through between 1130 pm and 0130 am and were severe.  The wind shook the house and inches of rain fell within minutes.  Spent the morning collecting up debris (people's trash and recycling cans were blown around and open).  Also fixed most of the damage to the garden, though more of Katie's gladiolas were broken.

During the storm the lighting was intense and often very close.  Plus, there was a lot of it.  I'd say there was an hour when at least one lighting bolt was striking continuously, which kept everything illuminated the whole time.

Average temps in Germany for June was 15.5 C (59.9 F), which was still above the norm. Surprisingly, since June only had 160 hours of sunshine (198 is the "norm").
Lowest was 28 F (with morning frost. Rare for June), highest 91 F.

We had one of the worst thunderstorms last night. Winds ripped out a small tree and bushes in our yard, and tossed garden chairs on our patio. According to forecast we are expecting another storm tonight.

Here in Columbus, Ohio...the storm put us power down over a wide area. Big time.
One news photo showed a trampoline stuck legs first in the side of a house. The second story...it look like a huge speaker growing out of the wall.

Southern Minnesota is hot - very very hot.  Think it was 99 yesterday, very humid too.  But there was that 2 mph breeze at least.

Only 90 right now, but supposed to get up to 96.

One word: HOT.

Right now it's like 98 degrees outside.
God of making the characteristic which becomes dirty sends the hurricane.

Jerzey shore. HOT. Very humid.

Yes,I'm fine....as long as I don't look too closely.

Too hot for me today at 27 degrees Celsius. Glad I'm not down in the U.S. in that heatwave where I'm not sure I'd survive. Hot, sunny weather seems the norm lately with frequent thunderstorms in the evening hours.

Jerzey shore. HOT today. Even after 7pm it was still hot and humid. I didn't even go see the fireworks.

This weather sucks!
